| Run your train in our layout! |
You can bring your own locomotives, passenger
cars whatever to drive them in our layout. It's
for free while you stay in our place overnights.
You can book rooms anytime 24 hours a day through
our realtime online booking engine at the right
side which says "Room reservations".
Please inform us when you bring some of train
cars of your own at a request text box on the
process of your booking. Some scheduled driving
parties, workshop camps here. |
| Your locomotives,
passenger cars must be...... |
Japanese,
European or American type. |
Direct
current 2 rails type |
16.5
milimeters (HO) gauge |
Shorter
than roughly 8cms in height to go an underpass. |
This
layout is not a DCC (Direct Command Control )
one, so analogue thingy preferable. |

|
Layout overview |
 |
| L=5.4meters W=1.8 - 2.4 meters.
Still need to work a lot to fill the scenery.
I started making this layout at the last half
of last March ( 2006). |
 |
Total truck length :
Track #1 (for European models) : roughly 34.9meters,
curve radius = R660mms, 711mms, 762mms and 813mms.
Track #2 (for Japanese models) : roughly 37.9meters,
curve radius = R711mms.
Due to the different flange height and size, I
just make them separately. American models and
Japanese models can run on track #1 but European
models can't go through switches (points ) in
track #2.
I put a small castle in the layout. |
 |
Platforms:
Japanese platform : length of 9 cars.
European platforms : length of 6-7 cars.
They are divisible which makes it easy to maintain
stuff, change lights. Have to fill inbetween rails.
|
 |
| Trains at the station. Would like to put some
figures soon. |
 |
I made some cant at the curves in the layout.
It looks realistic and safer for trains to pass
through the curve. Blog
|
 |
| A lake is located in the layout, some chalets
as well. I have already orderd some structures
to a shop in Germany, I hope they will arrive
soon. |
 |
| A tiny thing sometimes makes it very different
how the entire layout looks like. That tiny bridge
over the stream is the one. |
 |
| Just put some figures. German products have
so many details, see the man drinking some water.
Even water in his hand is displayed. |
 |
| I am planning to make a tram track with the
smallest curves (left). This tram connects the
castle, station and town. Perhaps I would make
this tram track with DCC (Direct Command Control)
technology which is the first trial for me. |

Rules |
Layout
available:
15:00-18:00, 19:00-23:00, 6:00-7:30, 9:00-10:00 |
You
need to clean the wheels of your train BEFORE
you put them at our layout. Prepare something
to clean the wheels. |
You
maintain your train well. No broken cars please. |
The
steepest uphill is roughly 2.1 % for the track
#1 ( for Japanese models ), 2.8% for the track
#2 (for European models). |
Please
don't complain about things if your train doesn't
run well,
sometimes it happens and that's how sensitive
mechanical stuff is. |
You
can not monopolize the layout when some others
would like to drive trains. You need to share
it with them. |
If
you break something, you will need to pay for
it. |

|
Workshop camps,
driving meetings. |
  |
| Are you alone to make your train
kits ? If so, why don't you join us? Some other
people might be interested in who would come and
what they can share with you! You can also join
a driving meeting in which others also might join
to share the time you run trains. Talk about this
in our Blog
or Forum. |
| Dates |
Please
don't chage the dates at the booking system
in the linked page, or it does not work
correctly. Thanks. |
| Coming
soon...... |
|
|
| We don't act as lecturers, you may
find some other advanced people for kits making
in the camps or meetings. We are sure if more
railway geeks get together from more countries,
it'll be fun to show your trains each other. Talk
about this in our Blog
or Forum.

Thanks for taking your time to have
